Job Responsibilities：

      1.Coordinate and guide the arrangement of people, machines, materials and rings in the production process according to the plan to ensure the smooth progress of          

          production;           

      2.Ensure that raw materials, manpower and equipment for production are used effectively and waste is reduced, and ensure the quality of production products;    

      3.Ensure that the production plan is completed on time according to the requirements of the plan;  

      4.Solve problems in the production process in a timely manner;         

      5.Responsible for the performance appraisal and management of production staff to achieve a rational allocation of human resources.

Job Requirements：

     1.with a major in Science or engineering , bachelor degree or above, very familiar with transformer, reactor related professional knowledge;       

     2. More than five years of production management experience in production line;  

     3. Good planning, organization, negotiation, communication and coordination skills;       

    4.Team spirit.
